What is a Transaction Coordinator?

A Transaction Coordinator (TC) expertly manages every detail involved in the closing of a real estate transaction. They oversee the entire process, coordinating seamlessly between agents, clients, lenders, and title companies to ensure a smooth and successful closing.

Cancellation Fee

My compensation is directly tied to the successful closing of transactions. Should a contract be canceled, no fees are charged. This ensures my commitment to delivering results that meet your needs.

Client Communication

This is completely up to you. However, it is most efficient if I may communicate directly with your client. I will keep you informed of all communications and CC you on emails with important correspondence.

ABOUT ME

I have dedicated the past nine years to cultivating a successful career in the real estate industry. My journey began at our local Realtors association in the professional development department, where I assisted both new and seasoned agents with enrolling in continuing education courses. 


During this time, I gained extensive knowledge of MLS systems, contracts, forms, and various professional designations.


I later accepted a job at Keller Williams, serving as the executive assistant to the team leader. This role enhanced my organizational abilities and provided me with valuable insight into high-level real estate operations.


From 2020 to 2022, I managed the full transaction process for a top-producing team in Collin County, overseeing every step from the initial MLS listing to the final closing. My commitment to detail ensured smooth, efficient experiences for both clients and agents alike.


In 2022, I launched my own company, proudly supporting real estate professionals across Mississippi, Montana, Texas, and Virginia. I excel in organization and precision, thriving in fast-paced environments where I can streamline processes—allowing agents to concentrate on expanding their businesses and achieving greater success!


In addition to transaction coordination, I  enjoy creating engaging social media content and designing professional business flyers that enhance brand visibility and attract the right audience. By combining creativity with strategic marketing, I help businesses maintain a strong online presence while effectively showcasing their services and listings

PRICING

Listing Prep $100 [paid once listing is Active]

  • Review all completed listing documents for accuracy. 
  • Obtain any missing documents/signatures. 
  • Input listing in MLS
  • Upload pictures and all documentation.
  • If needed, request survey & T-47 from sellers.
  • Add listing to ShowingTime/BrokerBay
  • Email agent MLS PDF for approval prior to going active.
  • Submit all broker compliance documents for approval.
  • Any changes to MLS are included with executed amendment.

  • Executed Listing Agreement
  • Completed Residential Data Input Sheet
  • Link to access pictures
  • Completed Sellers Disclosure

Contract to Close -$350 [paid at closing]

  • Review contract and confirm accuracy and signatures. If missing, obtain. 
  • Send an introductory email to all parties involved. [Title/Lender/Etc]
  • Confirm Earnest Money have been received and receipted. 
  • Track and Follow Up on all critical dates-send reminders
  • Confirm all documents are complete by the financing deadline. 
  • Follow up with the buyer's lender for any conditions, clear to close, and closing documents.
  • If applicable, obtain and distribute repair receipts to all parties.
  • Submit required compliance documents to the agent's broker for approval. 
  • Submit CDA request. Send approved CDA to Title. 
  • Confirm final walk-through
  • Schedule closing/send calendar invites to agent and client(s).
  • Review CD and send for agent approval

Home Maintenance Tips: Automate seasonal home maintenance reminders, such as when to service the HVAC or prepare for colder months.

  • Paid Advertising Campaigns: Design, launch, and manage targeted ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Brand Monitoring: Keep an eye on brand mentions, trends, and competitors, ensuring the client stays ahead in their industry.
  • SEO Integration: Optimize social media content with relevant keywords to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
